III. Protected Disclosures (2025–2026)
UC Whistleblower Protection Policy 1100563 § C.1.a.i
“A Retaliation Complaint … must allege with as much specificity as possible … the Protected Disclosure(s) the Complainant made, including a description of what was disclosed, the person(s) to whom each Protected Disclosure was made, the date or approximate date of each Protected Disclosure, and how each Protected Disclosure was communicated.”
The Protected Disclosures the Complainant has made in 2025-2026 are catalogued below. Each is documented in the Bruin Watch evidentiary record, hosted at the URL provided in the Source column. The cumulative pattern is anchored by the Complainant’s original July 5, 1994 statutory whistleblower complaint to UC President Jack W. Peltason and Chancellor Charles E. Young (see Schödinger’s UC Retiree, CH_15), which placed The Regents on actual notice of the Complainant’s protected status under California Government Code § 8547.10 thirty-one years before the Adverse Personnel Actions catalogued in Section IV.
